Founded in 1950, Lane Gorman Trubitt, PLLC (”LGT”) is one of the largest certified public accounting firms headquartered in the Southwest. Dedicated to serving the middle market, the Firm represents a broad range of clients, from individuals to public companies, in a variety of industries. LGT offers traditional services (accounting, audit and tax) as well as various other specialized services. In an effort to expand the services we provide to our valued clients LGT has launched two affiliated companies, LGT Financial Advisors LLC and LGT Insurance Services, Inc.

Credentials

LGT is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Quality Assurance

The AICPA Division for CPA Firms sponsors a program of peer (quality) review. This program is designed to give the public confidence in the quality of a Firm’s audit and accounting procedures. LGT has participated in this voluntary quality control review program every three years since 1978, and all eight of our peer review reports have been unqualified. No letter of comment was issued with our most recent external peer review report.

Philanthropic Efforts: For more than 50 years, our professionals have made it a point to give back to the community. To that end, we participate in more than twenty nonprofit organizations from volunteer efforts and charitable donations to Board membership. We actively support the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Arthritis Foundation as well as a number of other charities.
